Job Responsibilities:

• Customer front-end for overall leadership and management of best practices, methodologies and procedures for ongoing operation support
• Champion ongoing service and support projects to ensure timeline and resource is properly managed
• Provide guidance and review for system and infrastructure operation best practice
• Lead, liaise and manage overall governance of multiple teams and vendors in the infrastructure space
• Monitor performance parameters, SLA and KPI for customer
• Organize regular governance report and updates covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes
• Coordinate to prepare and deliver all procedures manuals, runbook and documentation
• Recognize and rectify deficiencies and deviations from required SLA and KPI in a timely manner. 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, management, computer science or equivalent
• Preferably 8 years’ experience in delivering IT managed services
• A good command of English in both written and verbal and good interpersonal skill
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to handle MNC clientele
• Track record of managing sizable project with experience providing performance reports related to incident and SLA’s
• Knowledge in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations and ISO20000 standard
