Responsibilities

• Provide IS site support to all internal customers
• Server administration 
• Server data backup administration (tape backup) 
• Manage Service Provider 
• Perform Helpdesk functions
• Generate daily ERP and request reports 
• Setup, upgrade and troubleshoot all related IT equipment and maintenance of systems 
• Manage PABX administration: Cisco IP and VOIP 
• Ensure all systems are updated with antivirus and security patches 
• Creation, deletion and ID management of AD and Exchange 

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or related fields. 
• 3 years' of working experience in hands-on technical  
• Competent in Microsoft OS / Office / Windows 7  environment is a must
• Good attitude and communication skills 
• Able to work independently
