We are currently seeking caliber candidates as a System Engineer for our partner which is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence.

Experienced candidates will be considered for a senior position, and we offer highly competitive package to the ideal candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support to shop and/or restaurant operations via phone or remote access tools;
• Work closely with key users to resolve operational problems;
• Monitor data interfaces between POS and various applications;
• Diagnose system emergencies on day-end closing and month-end closing process.
• Report and escalate major system problems through helpdesk platform to service vendor;
• Testing and evaluating system changes on software and hardware;
• Administration of system user access;

Requirements:

• Preferably tertiary education in Computer Science or related discipline;
• At least 3 years working experience in System Support for, including but not limited to, POS Systems, preferably Wincor Nixdorf POS Systems, less experience candidate will also be consider
• Knowledge in Computer Hardware, Networking, Window OS and Software Applications;
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skill;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
