Job Duties:

Responsible for providing onsite technical support services including software, hardware and Voice/data telephony system.  Provide hardware break-fix, troubleshooting, hardware component replacement and configurations on site.

Requirements:

1.     Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent;

2.     About 2 years’ hands on experience in IT service.

3.     Good knowledge of LAN/WAN and telephony system/Voice recorder is preferred.

4.     Must be hard-working, independent and self-initiative.

5,     Good writing and communication skills in English and Cantonese.

6,     Must be a team worker who remains calm and patient under pressure

7,     Reliable attendance
