Job Description

Job Descriptions

Provide installation, technical support and user training of document management software to customers.
Provide on-line feedback to our knowledge base system when customers and vendors post technical enquiry.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience on technical support
Solid experience in technical support on Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Internet Information Server.
Experience in software system support such as web-based applications, HRM or CRM etc is a plus.
Experience in configure multi-functional copier is a plus.
Experience in writing SQL statement is a plus.

Others

Suitable canadidate will be provided training on document management and workflow systems.
