Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare documents including quotations and excel reports
• Prepare regular reports to update the project progress
• Updating status to computer systems
• žAnswering calls from customers
• žDocument filing

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Basic PC knowledge, Microsoft Office, especially word and  excel processing
• žGood interpersonal and communication skills
