Job duties:  

• Communication with brand representative to understand their needs for online store platform
• Communicate with internal department
• Establish a good relationship with customers
• Product and stock management
• Responsible for marketing and promotion activities
• Prepare monthly report and develop other analysis sales report
• Understand customer needs, monitor project progress with different parties
• Daily troubleshooting in Front-End and Back-end with IT teams.
• Perform ad hoc projects assigned by management 

Requirements:  

• Non-Degree Tertiary or above in Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing
• Strong market sense and interest in electronics products
• Organized, detail-minded and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to understand customer’s needs in e-commerce industry
• Strong team player and proactive to propose suggestions
• Work under pressure and with ability to multi-tasking
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
