Responsibilities:

• Provide support and training for global team end-user in Asia offices
• Ensure all equipment(e.g. wireless networks and telephony) on service levels
• Report and Manage the capacity of computing services (e.g. SLAs, Inventory levels, license usage etc.) for end user on service levels
• Coordinate with vendors for project progression
• Test new technologies, processes, policies and procedures for end user computing services and support.
• Mitigate any operational risks to the IT service

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science , Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 4 years IT Support and Maintenance experience
• Good understanding of IT compliance and Security is a must
• Experience in supporting global user in enterprise level and project management is an advantage
• Knowledge in Active Directory, Google Apps for Work, Salesforce is preferred
  
• Experience in Microsoft Office products, Understanding of networking (expertise not required), Mobile device management, Mac OS, OS X, Windows, iOS, Android is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
