Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for answer end users’ enquirers for various PC problems through telephone and email

Provide remote and onsite support to end users, e.g. installation of PC

Responsible for repair and maintain hardware

Assist in upgrade and installation of software

Troubleshoot and solve for various PC problems

Responsible for update IT related log and reports

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above in IT / computer science related field

Good command in both spoken and written English & Mandarin

2-3 years support experience in deskside support / Operator

Candidates with less experience will also be considered

Working Hours :   Mon - Fri     8:30 am  to  5:30pm

Monthly Salary : HK$13,000 - 15,000
