Responsibilities:

• To conduct business analysis and requirement study, to document requirement and functional specification, and to liaise with users and developers on requirement validations in system implementation and/or change requests implementation.
• To support test plan and test scripts development, to assist/perform internal testing, to support User Acceptance Testing, and assist in test reporting when required.
• To develop training materials and user manual, to prepare and conduct user training, and to provide user support on production systems in accordance to service level agreement.
• To provide subject matter expert (SME) advisory and share knowledge on Insurance domain, industry best practices, Life policy admin system (especially Integral Life or LIFE/Asia), business and technology functions with the clients and internal team.

Requirements:

• Preferably 4-8years relevant working experience, especially in Insurance industry.
• Experience and knowledge on LIFE/Asia Application is a must.
• Insurance related certification, e.g. LOMA, would be added advantage.
• Business analyst experience in end-to-end System Project Implementation are preferred.
• Able to converse, present and write documentation.
• Team player with positive attitude; committed to commitment and quality of  deliverables.
• Independent, able to perform with minimum supervision, able to be client-facing, self-discipline, ability to lead, manage and train junior BA.
