Job Description
Summary:
We are currently seeking caliber candidates as a Helpdesk Support for our partner which is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence.
Experienced candidates will be considered for a senior position, and we offer highly competitive package to the ideal candidates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform 1st line and ad-hoc IT helpdesk support duties;
- Handle phone-in and email support enquiries in using our services
- Provide technical solution to in house staff with a user friendly communication;
- Assist in keep tracking of IT assets with proper inventory control on record keeping, maintenance and related documentation;
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Secondary Graduate, Higher Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred;
- Great interpersonal skills and problem solving skills;
- 1-3 years relevant working experience in helpdesk 1st level support;
- Customer service or helpdesk experience in call center is an advantage;
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
