Your Mission:

• To participant in network infrastructure implementation project
• To provide technical reference by performing documentation on network issues and resolutions
• To perform network installation, maintenance and field support 
• To handle fault cases such as fault isolation and diagnostic process
• To work closely with external parties such as clients and vendors to deliver different solutions
• To document different network products

Your Profile:

• A diploma holder or above in IT, Electronics, communication technology or related disciplines
• A CCNA holder with 3 years relevant working experience in network infrastructure and network equipment support, including Cisco router/switch/firewall
• Having practical knowledge in handling layer 2, layer 3, routing protocols and tunneling including TCP/IP, VoIP, Spanning Tree, VLAN, VRRP/HSRP, GRE, IPSec, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP
• Equipped with hand on experience in core network equipment implementation, security solution and Wireless solution – is a plus, but not a must
• Customer-oriented with initiatives and good problem solving skills
• Good in English and Cantonese

*Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Network Engineer*
