Purpose:

BIPO is seeking a qualified individual to fill a Project Consultant position. The professional in this role will possess the business and technology acumen to interact with senior personnel internally and externally, be able to form key relationships, and be seen as a project advisory leader.  Therefore the ability to manage stakeholder needs and expectations is essential.

This is a hands-on position that involves leading many small to medium and large sized projects simultaneously. This position requires significant attention to detail as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks with geographically separated teams.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide HRIS pre-sales support;
• Support in system setup and implementation;
• Participate full project implementation, including system testing, data migration, user acceptance test and production-run;
• Assists payroll team members in the areas of project lifecycle, operating procedures, processes and practices;
• To coordinate and manage project activities to meet project schedule;
• Provide system support to internal and external;
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• BA or BS required.
• Minimum 1 years of project management experience
• Prior experience implementing HR systems such as Talent Management, Applicant Tracking, LMS, and HCM is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Proven ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner
• Knowledge in SQL server, business application is preferred but not essential
• Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Independent, self-motivated person with good analytical and problem-solving skills
