- Provide user support on PC and system functions.
- Perform hardware and software maintenance support to users and perform system health check.
- Perform trouble-shooting, and problem fixing.
- Perform project support and technical assignment as required.
- Assist in managing the hardware and software inventory items and maintain up-to-date inventory records.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma/High Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 1 year working experience in user support in a sizable company is preferred.
- Hands on experience in PC LAN support, PC problem diagnosis and end user support.
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, network support such as router, switch, firewall and other office equipment.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, good presentation skills, willing to share knowledge and skills with teammates.
- Good command of spoken and written of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
