Reports To: Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, the Project Manager is responsible for the community projects assigned. He / She will be the project leader with accountability to plan, budget, schedule, promotion, progress, staff and vendor management. The incumbent also builds relationship with local, regional and global players and stakeholders. The Project Manager has to possess strong leadership skill, systematic thinking, attention to details and strong people skills in order to be successful in this role.

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate on Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
• Possessing experience of foundation operations, soliciting sponsorship or managing community project will be a definite advantage.
• Superior writing and editing skills
• Ability to work independently to take initiative and ownership of the project
• Strong emotional handling skill. Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and solution-focused manner in face of emerging difficulties
• Strong relationships across diverse groups of stakeholders
• Strong interest in latest developments in the internet market and technologies 
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Candidates with less experience but good potential will also be considered.
