Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hardware & software installation and maintenance, including user computer, mobile device, IP Phone, network device, printer, server and etc.
• Responsible for service contract and license renewal.
• Vendor management and following up on system setup and maintenance.
• Work as part of a technical support team to provide technical and help desk support for end users.
• Assist to maintain the inventory record of computer facilities, any other support activities.
• Provide on-site support for both internal and external users.

Requirements:

• Non-degree Tertiary or above
• Fundamental networking skills, including TCP/IP, IP routing protocols and Layer 2 switching.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows desktop, Mac OSX and Adobe products.
• Fundamental hardware diagnostic and support skills.
• Experience on supporting client / server based software application is advantage.
• Mature and proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills.
