Salesforce Technical Solution Architect

Your responsibilities:

Provide technical architecture strategy and guidance for ongoing Salesforce activities and assist with promoting governance and adoption strategy.
Manage technical issues and serve as the technical authority for team members throughout issue resolution.
Obtain and maintain a working knowledge across all applications, customers, and business units customers/user across multiple functional areas.
Provide business guidance on capabilities of the Salesforce platform to help shape business visions and strategies for developing and\or improving processes and efficiencies
Prepares initial solution assessment, solution specification document, scope, and estimates
Mentors other business units' Salesforce administrators and developers during solution interactions
Champions Salesforce best practice throughout the organization
Assist with design and build of advanced reports and dashboards in Salesforce

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field, with Salesforce certification.
A minimum of five (5) years of related work experience using Salesforce.com and components such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Mobile, Single Sign On, API's, and integration to enterprise systems; two (2) years of experience in developing technical architecture for medium to large size projects
Outstanding analytical skills with ability to achieve results in a complex environment
Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC (for example, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders and ETL Tools - e.g. Datastage)
Demonstrated understanding of SLDC methodologies
