Responsibilities:

• Oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of in-house banking projects
• Define the scope of the projects including budgeting, progress and relationships
• Participate in Work Group Meetings, monitor and ensure instructions and decision made by Project Steering Committee and Project Work Group Meetings are implemented accordingly
• Proposal of appropriate software in IT projects
• Control of project documents are prepared in the appropriate stage of the Project Life Cycle

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science
• At least 10 years of experience in IT and 4 years in project management/ Project Leader role
• Project management qualifications such as PMP or Prince2 or Agile/ Scrum is preferred
• Experience in managing core infrastructure banking projects (Digital Infrastructure)
• Knowledge on Unix/Linux, Middleware and Oracle database related projects is an advantages
• Knowledge/experience on DevOps is a plus
• Requires advanced understanding and experience with Project Management delivery methods and tools
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Mandarin
• Good problem solving skills, business acumen and perseverance
• Strong presentation, negotiation, organization and problem solving skills
