Responsibilities:

• Provide support to internal and external users on system-wide troubleshooting;
• Maintain the equipment inventory and support the workflow and SLA
• Analyze the incident cause and provide improvement plan;
• Restore and provide technical advices with Tier1 and Tier2 Support;
• Report any incident to the management team

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Management Information System or related disciplines
• At least 2 to 3 years in Cisco IP Telephony or Cisco Network experiences;
• Experience in Cisco Switches / Routers / Firewall is preferred
• CCNA/ CCNP/ CCIE will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Clear-mind, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, Putonghua is a plus
