Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide in-house and off-site technical support to offices and retail shops
- Installation and administration of network, servers, PC, POS Mac
- System installation, upgrade and maintenance
- Work with external vendors on system implementation
- IT inventory control and documents maintenance
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Studies or Information Technology
- Minimum with 3 years experience in IT support
- Possess experiences of IT support at retail industry and POS is preferable
- Hands-on experience in MS Windows Server, Router, Active Directory and mobile device support; Mac OS is optional
- Good command of written and spoken English Chinese
- Good communication skills with all level with problem solving skills
- Occasional overtime work is required
- Immediately available is preferred
