• Handle the project implementation, configuration of system or network products;

Jobs requirement

• Diploma / Degree holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent;
• 2-3 years hands on experience in setup, design and migrationon Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012 platform within depth implementation knowledge and design of Active Directory and other service such as DFS, DHCP/DNS,……….etc;
• 2-3 years hands on experience inimplementation and migration of Lotus Domino / Notes R8.5 platform or above;
• 2-3 years hands on experience inimplementation and migration of Microsoft Exchange 2007 or above;
• 2-3 years hands on experience in networking devicesetup and configuration including STP,LACP, Stacking, OSPF, BGP or Site to Site VPN using Cisco / H3C product;
• Knowledge and experience of configuring or migration of different networking device, including (but not limited to) Cisco / H3C Routers, Switches, Firewall with the brand of Checkpoint / Juniper / Cisco/ SonicWall and Fortigate;
• Experience of Cloud Email platform migration is an advantageWorking experience in HK Government Department or Bureaus is an advantage

3) System Engineer (Websphere/Weblogic)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support system monitoring infrastructure and ensure all supported servers with monitoring agents installed and configured properly
• Solve critical technical issues, emergency troubleshooting and post-mortem analysis
•  Manage and support the upgrade on new system, deployment and maintain smooth system operations
•  To provide day-to-day operations, administration, tuning and capacity management of midrange system to ensure good performance.
• To resolve all midrange system incidents and issue within agreed timeline.
• To perform operation fault analysis and provide recommendation for improving the production batch window
• To develop and maintain procedures for administration and monitoring of all midrange systems.
• To develop and maintain Disaster Recovery procedures for identified servers.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder in Computer Engineering/Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in technical support on Unix and/or Windows Server Platforms.
• Possess strong knowledge and administration experience in Server Operating System – Windows, Linux and AIX (Solaris / HP-UX)
• Solid experience in Weblogic and Websphere
• Experience in SCOM or Nagios or any monitoring tool is value-added
• Familiar with network and system management platforms for Microsoft System Center, HP Openview, CA Unicenter NSM and BMC Patrol is value-added
• Customer service minded - able to resolve queries/issues from customers in accordance to service levels and with the interest of the customer in mind
• Good understanding and with passion to learn broad knowledge on IT infrastructure management, network, operation systems and databases
• Able to multitask, works under pressure and at the same time deliver high quality result against tight deadlines.
• Good presentation, documentation, interpersonal and problems solving skills
