This role assists to manage and develop marketing plan and agency incentives to achieve business target, and to coach team members to roll out varieties of marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing plan and manage the team to execute marketing campaigns and agency incentives to meet sales target and to promote corporate branding
• Guide the team members to roll out varieties of marketing activities to achieve effectiveness and efficiency
• Design and develop innovative electronic tools to drive sales activities
• Implement business strategic projects to assist hitting business objectives
• Design and conduct training for intermediaries to enhance their knowledge and selling skills
• Review procedures and guidelines to achieve efficiency and excellence
• Ensure compliance of corporate standard, as well as legislation and regulatory requirement

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or Insurance equivalent
• 5-7 years relevant experience in marketing activities and agency incentives, preferably 1-2 years in managerial level
• Professional qualification in insurance industry (ACII or ANZIIF) is preferred
• Experience in handling and meeting expectations of intermediaries and distributors is preferred
• Familiar with insurance market trends, industry rules and practices
• Experience of managing team
• Knowledge of general insurance products
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficiency in MS applications
