Responsibilities:

• Focus on general (non-life) insurance claims such as motor, home, travel, and SME commercial lines products
• Learn to handle increasingly complex claims from our team of senior claims handlers
• Communicate with intermediaries, policyholders, witnesses, legal and medical professionals on claims cases
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as registering claims, handling phone calls, and organizing files
• Perform special projects as needed by the claims team

Requirements:

• University degree holder
• at least 5 years of experience as a claims professional
• Senior ANZIIF / ACII is preferable
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Customer service oriented and self-motivated
• PC proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer, Claims
