You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction with our industry insurance experts.

Job Description

• Execute, manage and drive the revenue growth strategies/initiatives that has been assigned by the Country Business Development Leader.
• Present Marsh sales pitch to potential customers to generate new business opportunities for product line specialists.
• Provide timely updates and communication regarding working prospects with key stakeholder groups at Marsh.
• Business planning for the execution of agreed growth strategies taking into account of resources and other support teams required for the achievement of sales target.
• Project management and ensure the delivery of insurance tenders and other sales-related initiatives assigned.

Job Requirements

• University graduate.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in financial institutes.
• Highly motivated, fast learner with “can-do” attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent in presentation skill and interpersonal skills.
