Job duties職責:

* To provide individuals with professional and all-rounded financial analysis in terms of Life Insurance Protection; Savings Management; Education, Investment and Retirement Planning.為客戶提供全面的理財分析服務，包括人壽保障，儲蓄，教育，投資，退休計劃。

* To help high-net worth customers to plan their assets allocation and risk management.為高凈值客戶提供資產配置及風險管理方案。

* To maintain the best relationship with existing clients and expand new business and network in domestic and PRC market. 現有客戶關係維護，拓展本地與國內市場新客源。

* To build up and manage own business team.建立及管理自屬團隊。

Requirements要求:

 * College/University degree or equivalent in all discipline.大專/大學或以上文憑學歷（任何專科）

 * Fresh graduates and IANG are welcome to apply.歡迎內地來港畢業生和IANG簽證持有人士。

 * Holder of HKID Card/Dependent Visa/IANG Work Visa.香港永久居民或居民身份證/IANG簽證。

 * Positive, Energetic,Motivated,Aggressive, Willing to work under pressure開朗熱誠，主動性強，有進取心，能面對壓力。

 * Self-discipline,Responsible, well-organized,Independent,Willing to learn.自律，有責任心，善於規劃，獨立性強，願意學習。

 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills,Team player良好人際溝通和表達能力, 善於團隊合作。

 * Regional language ability ( Mandarin / Cantonese), good PRC-focused network would be a significant advantage. 流利國語/粵語，良好內地人脈基礎優先。
