Job Description

Our client, subsidiary of a well-established banking group in Hong Kong, is seeking high calibres to fill the above position :

 

Responsibilities:

  • To assess claims in relation to General Insurance policy
  • To examine relevant documents, liaise & negotiate with claimants and prepare documents for settlement approval
  • To perform regular review and follow up on outstanding claim files
  • To set up claim reserve and update reserve according to claim development
  • To provide coaching & training to junior staff

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate with major in Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in insurance industry with comprehensive knowledge in GI principles and products
  • Sound negotiation and leadership skills, able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

 *Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Officer
