Responsibilities

• Aggressively develop business of the commercial and High Net Worth segment
• Provide professional risk advisory, quotation and pricing support to partner / end customer
• Responsible for relationship management to partner’s distribution team and end customers
• Support partner for joint client visit
• Follow QBE underwriting guideline. Ensure business are underwritten within DAL and within QBE risk appetite
• Determine technical price according to agreed pricing process, quoting and setting coverage and negotiate. Ensure business written in accordance with standards, to ensure profitable growth.
• Support appropriate measurement techniques and reporting systems
• Conduct regular visits and briefings to dedicated business partners

 Requirement

• At least 5 years of experience and with good knowledge in General Insurance and Underwriting, Bancassurance 
• Proven knowledge of underwriting on multi-class of business
• Specialist qualifications or equivalent, holder of IIQAS, LOMA, ANZIIF(Sr. Asso.) qualifications or other related professional/insurance status is an advantage
• Good management skills
• Good analytical, problem solving, presentation and consultative skills with the ability to communicate well with all levels.
• Ability to work independently and to adapt the change of circumstances in a dynamic environment
• Good business acumen and understand customer
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales track record
• Knowledge in insurance operations
