Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance claims including life and general insurance
- Supervise and provide training to subordinates
- Answer the inquiries related to claims matter
- Follow up the progress of claim until settlement
- Lead/participate in ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience of which at least 3 years as supervisory role in insurance industry
- Knowledgeable in insurance products and principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with PC
- Good command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin is a must
- Candidate with less working experience will be considered as supervisor
