Job Responsibilities:

• Investigates and assesses claims filed under general and travel policies;
• Administrates and manages the day-to-day operation of the Claims Department and reports to the supervisor of any exceptional situations for advice and departmental solutions;
• Supervises sub-ordinates and monitors daily performance;
• Interfaces with related departments and relevant parties on inter-departmental projects and joint work to attain customer services;
• Authorizes claims payment;
• Liaises with service providers to achieve quality claims works and services;
• Pursues recovery after settlement of claims;
• Handles claims appeals, customer services and complaints.

Job Requirements:

• University degree referable;
• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant working experience with in-depth knowledge in General Insurance claims;
• Possesses relevant insurance professional qualification such as ANZIIF or ACII, etc.;
• Sound knowledge of relevant legislations
• Team player with positive attitude, good negotiation and interpersonal skill
• Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks;
• Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
