Responsibilities:

• Work closely to support the business development team
• Provide sales administration support to BD team, such as the preparation of client proposals, collection of underwriting information etc.
• Prepare and deliver training on general insurance products to the BD and client servicing teams
• Coordinate all general insurance servicing within the Hong Kong office
• Collect and update information of general insurance products
• Participate in other projects as required

Requirements:

• minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in general insurance industry
• Fluency in English
• Good organizational skills and effective interpersonal, presentation skills
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure to achieve targets
• Strong sense of urgency and able to work well under tight deadlines
• Proficient in using MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word
