Job Description:

1. Responsible for general insurance all class claims, including acknowledgement, documentation, negotiation with both the client and our principal insurance company;
2. Provide advice to clients on claims procedure
3. Able to monitor and manage progress of all claims till settlement by himself/herself
4. Coordinate and assist the account handlers' claims issue and inquiry
5. log up the outstanding claims cases
6. Prepare claims reports and statistics
7. Attend claims meeting with client if required
8. Undertake other duties as from time to time necessary to assist in the successful operation of the  company

Requirements:

• 3 years or up experience in Claims of General Insurances, candidates with experience in insurer/agents/brokers are more preferable, but not necessary
• knowledgeable in All class of general insurance of claims
• General understanding of policy conditions and terms
• Form 7 or above; or ANZIIF or equivalent relevant qualification
  
• Proficiency in PC Skills including MS-Word / Excel / PPT / Outlook and Chinese Word processing
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Good life attitude
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and willing to take up responsibility
• Applicant with Good Hobbies / interests in Sports are more welcomed
• Immediate available is preferred
