Our clients are reputable Insurance Companies, the Company is currently looking for a high calibre to fill up the below position:

Job Duties:

• Manage and resolve Property and Casualty claims or Medical or Financial Line
• Work closely with Manager and other team members to resolve problems
• Interact and collaborate frequently with the Underwriting team.
• Manage assigned claims case under the direction of Claims management
• Ensure claim files are maintained in proper manner and adhere to the Company Claims Specialist/ Adjuster guidelines and protocols
• Own claims files and work with Claims Manager to develop strategies with vendors while identify larger and more complex losses
• Support Underwriting units in retaining business

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• 5 years of claims experience in Property & Casualty or Medical or Financial Line
• Good communication and coordination skills in a multi-cultural environment
• Good  command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin preferred
• Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior position
