Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily operations and services meet the defined standard.
- Handle the incoming and outgoing correspondences and mails for the department.
- Handle payment calculation and financing validation.
- Handle UAT and facilitate system enhancement.
- Arrange contract signing with new comer.
- Handle orphan policy assignment, fringe benefits to the agent.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Degree holder.
- 4 years working experience in distribution compensation.
- Excellent knowledge in compensation design and concept.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under great pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good writing skills in English and Chinese.
