Currently, we're on the hunt for exceptional Legal Consultants to join our ranks and work in-house with our clients. If you have the following:

• Strong understanding of insurance products and regulatory requirements
• Experience in investment management, custodian agreements and corporate governance
• The ability to read, write and speak Chinese an advantage; and
• 5-8 years of experience with exceptional academic and law firm credentials; in-house experience considered a plus

The responsibilities for this role will include:

• Providing practical legal advice and support on marketing materials and policy contracts
• Drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts
• Reviewing current policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with regulatory requirements
• Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies
