Job Description
The client is a respected global financial group, is now seeking a Sr Customer Services Officer (Call Center / Hotline), FSI - (6 months contract to perm) (15 – 23k) to join their growing team in Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general email inquiries and phone calls timely and tactfully
- Provide good customer services to clients
- Perform claims registration over the phone
- Feedback customers’ comments to superior for service improvement
- Make suggestions for improving customer satisfaction
- Perform ad-hoc task as required by supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma in Insurance Studies or Certificate/Degree holder with minimum 2 years working experience in Customer Service, preferably in insurance or banking industry
- Agent licensing (IIQE Paper 1 & 2) is preferable
- Familiar with Call Centre operation workflow and procedures
- Knowledge in wide range of personal lines General Insurance products will be an advantage
- Good communication and complaint handling skill with good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
