Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Act as the Chief Executive to manage the business unit of insurance brokerage
- Manage and supervise the daily sales operations and client relationship management
- Lead the whole business unit to achieve business goals & objectives by generating revenues
- Oversee and monitor the team's performance to ensure business activities are in complied with regulatory requirement by giving guidelines, advisory and mentoring subordinates etc.
- Work with internal department to conduct product training to sales team and business partners
- Broaden the business network and maintain close relationship with business partners and financial services companies
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Finance, Economics or Business related disciplines
- A CE license holder under PIBA / CIB is a must
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in insurance brokerage or related industries, including at least 5 years in managerial / supervisory position
- Solid experience in managing high net-worth clients is an absolute advantage
- In-depth and sound knowledge of insurance products and market trends
- Excellent client management, interpersonal and presentation skills and highly self-motivated
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
