Responsibilities:

• Be the customers’ primary contact from different sources (phone and email) on handle test quotation, order and follow-up activities with co-ordinating between external clients and internal team
• Monitor progress towards completion of projects including test status and reports
• Provide professional services, technical advices and maintaining sales growth for assigned clients/accounts
• Handle test requisitions and follow-up orders
• Coordinates and develops customer relationships by handling customer inquiries
• Monitor and improve the project progress and working efficiency in proper manner
• Provide support to department head and line managers to maintain the smooth operation and ensure that the processes for project handling are efficient and streamlined
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality control / assurance or related industry, with 2 years in managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Science or Engineering related disciplines
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Ability to understand and analyze customer needs
• Good team player with strong communication and presentation skill
• Good project management, execution and process improvement skills 
• Candidate will less experience will be considered as Customer Services Executive
