Job Description

 Responsibility

1、协助行政总裁制定公司集团经营管理与重大决策;

To assist the chief executive officer to formulate the management and major decisions of the company group;

     1.1协助行政总裁制定公司的发展战略与经营策略;

     Assist chief executive officer to formulate the company's development strategy and managementstrategy;

     1.2掌握和了解公司内外动态,及时向行政总裁汇报并提出合理化建议;

      To master and understand the internal and external dynamics of the company and report and  propose reasonable    suggestions to the chief executive officer timely;

2、负责主持集团营运中心如精密组件中心、硅胶科技中心、模具科技中心及品管部、工业工程部、设备维护部及行政部相关工作的展开;

Responsible for hosting the operation center of the group, such as precision component center, silicone technology center, mold technology center and quality control department, industrial engineering department, equipment maintenance department and administration department;

     2.1监督各中心及相关部门资金的使用和调配情况;

     To supervise the use and allocation of funds from various centres and related departments

     2.2协调各中心或部门之间的关系并处理各中心或部门的重大突发事件

    Coordinate the relationship between departments and departments and deal with major emergencies   in each center or department

     2.3定期审阅各中心或部门的绩效及重要报表

    Review the performance appraisal and key statements of each center or department  regularly

     2.4查检及监督各中心或部门工作的进展状况并及时汇报行政总裁

    Check and supervise the progress of the work of each center or department and report to the chief executive in time

3、统筹各负责范围部门流程的持续优化与组件工作,提升工作效率;

To coordinate the continuous optimization and component work of the various departments, to improve work efficiency;

4、组织各负责范围部门年度预算的制定并监督实施;

Organize the department to make annual budget and supervise the implementation

5、参与建立各负责范围部门考核指标的制定,并监督考核过程与结果;

 Participate in formulating standard of performance evaluation and supervise the assessment  process and result of each department.

6、监督各负责范围部门员工的聘用、培训与流失工作,持续提升人均产值;

Supervise the employees in hiring, training, and loss enhancing the per capita output

 7、完成行政总裁交办的其他临时性工作;

 Finish other temporary work assigned by the chief executive officer
