Job Description
-
Responsible for overall supervision and manage the day-to-day activities for the Customer Service Team;
-
Fulfill the request and follow up action according to the requirement of customers’ satisfaction process
-
Coordinate with production to track the delivery schedule to achieve on-time delivery performance
-
Ensure staff follow proper procedures and best practices with productivity and work quality meeting required standards
-
Continually looks for ways to improve the order flow and processes with proactive and detailed mind
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in business or related discipline preferred.

Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in printing industrial with 3 years in supervisory level;
-
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and team co-operative
-
Strong leadership, good people management and communication skills

Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
