Our client is one of the leading building material companies with wide range of target audience, including hotel, corporate office, and residential locations. They have wide range of client connections for both business and end-consumers. They have wide range of product portfolio that enables them to provide tailor made solution to each of client. Due to the upcoming expansion plan, they are now looking for a General Manager to manage the newly launched business unit.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for full P&L and growth of market share of the retail business
• Manage the overall business portfolio and explore potential project
• Drive the overall sales operation, customer service, retail excellences and enhance shop productivities
• Develop merchandising and retail operation strategy to grow the business ,
• Understand market trends, consumer needs and competitive landscape to provide market insights for new product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• 10 years sales management/ buying merchandising management experience in home and furnituring/ building material/ design house.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Smooth in both spoken and written English and Chinese
