Responsibilities :-

• Lead a merchandising team to ensure effective sourcing and merchandising activities;
• Manage and motivate the team to meet business goals & requirements, and maintain process efficiencies. Allocate best talent and effort on different tasks;
• Oversees daily operations of product development and bulk production;
• Identify business opportunities and enhance sourcing base;
• Develop new business and generate revenue;
• Understand the market trend and maintain good customer relationship to meet the different needs in a competitive way;
• Set sales strategies and targets for different customers / sales regions and make efforts to achieve.

Requirements :-

• Degree holder in merchandising, fashion, textile or related disciplines;
• 15 years of relevant experienceat managerial level in garment buying or trading company;
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Merchandiser;
• Exposure in managerial role with strong leadership;
• Independent, detail-oriented, good communication and negotiation skills;
• Solid technical knowledge of related product and good understand of production process;
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Customer-oriented, effective interpersonal and communication skills;
• Knowledge in raw material sourcing, styling and graphic development
• Proficient in use of MS Office, Excel, and Word processing;
• Willing to travel overseas.
