Our client is an international F&B group with stores across the globe. They are reputable for their finest quality and innovative products. With the rapid expansion in business, they want to seek for a high caliber to join the R&D team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee regional product commercialization projects relating to F&B product and innovative ingredients development.
• Plan and supervise process including testing, plant trials, commercial production runs for prototypes.
• Identify steps, specification of project and any barrier, take actions as needed to fulfill project objectives.
• Initiate new product concept and present to management with solid information gathered through research of trend analysis, technology update, and idea generation sessions.
• Manage project timelines. Established KPI and measure to ensure the progress to commercialization is consistent.
• Build specification sheet for new product recipes.
• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail operations, Quality Assurance team.

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Food Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Food and Beverage industry.
• Good knowledge in product development, scale-up commercialization of F&B product.
• Knowledge in F&B processing technology, ingredients functionalities, food chemistry.
• Experience in working with cross-functional team.
• Knowledge in food quality assurance principles.
• Detail-minded, excellent communication skills, innovative.
• Excellent command of spoken English.
