Responsibilities:

• Define Product Strategy and recommend product direction
• Develop and maintains 3 years product road map
• Manage all key aspects of the development process:
• opportunity identification and screening
• concept brief development, including full launch proposal preparation

• Set KPI and Monitor performance of all key categories
• Conduct research, formulate strategies for product positioning and pricing
• Prepare ongoing updates of Market intelligence and industry trends
• Support any ad-hoc product development projects and all key meetings forums
• Manage the product cycle includes assortment planning, launch timeline management and process
• Collaborate across department with sales, marketing, design, engineering to develop and execute activation plan.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Business Management / Marketing /Engineer
• 10 years or above relevant experience of which at least 3 years in product management & marketing
• Prefer product marketing and/or merchandising experience in personal care and kitchen appliances
• Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good computer skills
• Attentive to details, systematic and organized
• A team play, self-motivated, problem solving skills and good project management skills
