Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement food safety and quality management systems, and maintain relevant documentation to ensure in compliance with ISO22000, HACCP and BRC requirements
• Maintain and improve product quality, communicate and coordinate with internal parties on quality control issues
• Support and facilitate audits and regulatory inspection
• Prepare regular reports, and participate in ad hoc projects and other assigned duties

Requirements:

• University degree in Food Science/Nutrition or related discipline
• 2-4 years’ relevant experience in food industries
• Preferable with good knowledge of HACCP / ISO22000 / BRC
• A self-starter and detail-oriented person, with good interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to solve problem and work under pressure
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English as well as computer applications
