Requirements:

• University degree in Chemistry, Technology, Agronomy or related disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in product development, packaging, and/or manufacturing in the FMCG industry;
• Experience gained from the chemical, wine, tobacco or consumer trade marketing products will be strongly preferred;
• Hands-on experience in the initiation, identification, development, and implementation of all product development projects;
• Proven abilities to manage project team and guide the region through new product development process;
• Experienced to develop new products and to modify and maintain existing products incorporating competitive product technology;
• Demonstrated exposure in supporting markets, brand groups and factories during the process of product concept, planning, costing, manufacturing and quality control;
• Proven exposure in preparing and monitoring of product testing and evaluation of results;
• Strong coordination skills to make things happen within set timeline and budget;
• Polished people and communication skills with good team spirit;
• Hands-on computer skills and sound SAP and PLM knowledge;
• Excellent proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Be prepared to travel frequently.
