The incumbent will be responsible for managing the production department including but not limited to production planning, product development, raw materials ordering and sourcing, inventory control and production machine maintenance etc.

Requirement:

• University graduate in Food Science, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering;
• 5-8 years relevant experience in FMCG or F&B production;
• With knowledge in ISO, HACCP, GMP and other food production related standards would be a great advantage;
• Outgoing with strong in operations management;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Familiar with MS Office Application and Chinese Word Processing;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
