Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving sales and maximizing different brands, retail sites and team performance, provide effective coaching & support to sales team to achieve targets
• Plan, develop and execute various right Go To marketing/branding strategies, promotional programs and strategic business plans
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing/brand building initiatives.
• Lead regional subsidiaries and monitor brand building exercise through advertising, promotional activities, event organization and loyalty programs etc.
• Perform marketing analysis and business reviews/ brand planning preparation.
• Online and offline sales platform and sales channel management
• To manage and motivate the retail sales force to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• Min 10 years of experience in retail brand management with focus on garment fashion, at least 3 years in managerial level, event management, public relations or promotion in fashion retail industry 
• Good experience in managing various marketing events & campaigns
• Familiar with retail market trend and current leading chain stores’ operation, wholesales and retailers especially in Asia and China regions
• With online sales and marketing experience will be an advantage
• Enthusiastic, passionate, independent, energetic, creative and able to work under pressure
• Strong entrepreneurial skill, good leadership and excellent presentation skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Frequent travel to PRC and other Asian regions is required
