Job Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationship and strategically work with suppliers/vendors and related parties so as to build strong partnership and strive for supplying the best value products to customers and complying to customers' requirements
• Ensure the team to follow high standards in order to accomplish effective and efficient order management, quality control and on time delivery
• Collect market information and trend and recommend needs for new product development initiatives
• Analyze performance of the markets, business opportunities and identify areas of growth, research needs and margin improvement

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Fashion / Textiles and Clothing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 1 year at supervisory level, preferably with manufacturing background
• Solid experience in handling Medium to High-end Sweater product, price quotation, development & production follow up
• Experience in leading a merchandising team
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), able to communicate independently with overseas customers
• Proactive with excellent interpersonal relationship
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Independent, aggressive and energetic
• Frequent travel to China is required
• Immediately available is highly preferred
