Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Map business process and develop SOP to ensure achievement of KPI.
- Manage organization projects to enhance organization effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Monitor the design, development and execution of mission critical projects and initiatives.
- Propose creative solutions to resolve complex business issues and remove potential barriers to project execution.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with Minimum 8 years’ experience in garment manufacturing or business industry
- Experience in leading large projects that spanmultiple departments
- Consulting skills, business process skills, project management skills, change management skills are required
- Experience as in-house consultant is required.
- Able to travel to overseas locations frequently
- Proficient in current MS word, Excel and PowerPoint
