Overview

As a Purchasing Coordinator - based in Hong Kong, you will be expected to independentlyadminister and support the printing/packaging requests as delegated by the Seniors or Purchasing Manager in a timely and meticulous manner to meet the department’s deliverables. You will be expected to adhere to the workflow diligently and provide prompt and quality service to both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will also be expected to carry out factory negotiation and basic production challenges under the supervision of the Senior Purchasing Coordinator or Purchasing Manager. The ideal Purchasing Coordinator will possess relevant experience couple with prior factory liaison exposure. Highly organised, detailed-orientated, good customer service skills and strong willingness to grow within the organization.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent
• Min 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably from a similar industry
• Prior factory liaison experience will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese; Written English and Chinese is a must
• Proficiency in MS office and respective operating systems
• Possess amicable prioritisation and organisational skills, meticulous, collaborative and willingness to grow and learn within the organization
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Coordinator
